SUPPORT FOR ADULTS

High-Functioning
Anxiety

High-functioning anxiety can be difficult to recognise because outwardly, everything may appear under control. You may be reliable, capable and successful, yet internally feel constantly on edge, driven by pressure, or unable to relax.

Together, we work on calming the mind’s threat response so that life feels less driven by pressure and more manageable, balanced, clear and joyful in the everyday.

Overthinking
and Sleep Improvement

Overthinking can leave the mind feeling busy from the moment you wake up until the moment you try to sleep. You may replay conversations, second-guess decisions, or struggle to switch off after work or go to sleep.

Our work focuses on reducing repetitive mental loops and creating calmer, more constructive patterns of thought, helping you feel more present, focused and in control during the day, so you can also switch off more easily at night.

Imposter Syndrome
& Self-Doubt

Many highly capable adults quietly question themselves. You may doubt your abilities, feel as though you are not doing enough, or worry that others will realise you are not as confident or capable as you appear.

Together, we work on shifting the patterns that fuel self-doubt so that you can recognise your strengths more clearly and develop a steadier sense of confidence.

Performance
Anxiety

Public speaking, presenting, leading meetings, performing on stage, interviewing, or being visibly on show can trigger intense anxiety, even in people who are otherwise very capable.

Sessions are designed to help reduce anticipatory anxiety, calm the physical stress response, and strengthen your ability to access your skills more naturally under pressure.

Elevating
Performance

Sometimes the goal is not only to reduce anxiety, but to enhance performance. You may want to feel sharper, calmer and more focused in presentations, leadership, interviews, meetings, or creative performance such as singing, music and acting.

Together, we work on strengthening confidence, concentration and mental clarity, so that you can perform with greater presence, consistency and control. We also use visualisation techniques to help you achieve goals that might currently seem unreachable, with focus and positivity.

Phobias
& Fears

Phobias and fears can have a significant impact on daily life, even when part of you knows the reaction feels bigger than the situation itself. This may include fear of flying, driving, needles, medical procedures, public situations, or other specific triggers.

This work reduces the mind and body’s alarm response so that fear begins to feel less intense, less limiting, and easier to manage. Imagine being able to do the things you want to, those things you need to without that phobia or fear response getting in the way. That is what we do together on sessions specifically geared towards phobias.

Digital Overwhelm
& Screen Habits

For many adults, phones and screens have become closely tied to stress, distraction, overthinking and difficulty switching off. You may find yourself constantly checking your phone, struggling to be present, or feeling mentally cluttered by the pace of digital life.

Together, we work on creating calmer boundaries around screen use and shifting the patterns that keep your attention feeling scattered or overstimulated.

Smoking
Cessation

For many people, smoking becomes tied to stress, routine, comfort or habit. Even when the desire to stop is strong, the pattern can feel difficult to break.

Sessions focus on changing the associations linked to smoking, strengthening motivation, and helping you move forward with greater commitment and self-control.

Talk it through

Neurodivergence

Neurodivergence can shape how experiences are processed, how focus is maintained, and how day-to-day life is navigated. Some adults may have a diagnosis such as ADHD, dyslexia or autism, while others may simply recognise these traits in themselves.

Neurodivergence is not something that needs to be fixed, it often brings valuable strengths. However, it can sometimes sit alongside anxiety, overwhelm, or self-doubt. Sessions focus on developing a deeper understanding of how the mind works, alongside practical strategies that reduce pressure, support daily life, and build confidence in individual strengths.
