I'm Kate

I support adults and young people who feel stuck in anxiety, overwhelm, or patterns that are holding them back, whether that shows up as overthinking, social anxiety, pressure at school or work, or a constant sense of mental load. I also work with neurodivergent clients.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and carrying more than they show. Together, we build steady confidence and a greater sense of calm, so you can move forward feeling more in control and more like yourself.

My approach is practical and focused. We look at how your mind responds to stress and gently reshape unhelpful patterns to support meaningful, lasting change.
